Hey, I'll see if I can make it to the third anniversary. :)
I went to The Coffee Ethic for the first time a few weeks ago, when I visited mother dearest in Springfield. We live directly up the street, and I fully intend on going here every time I'm in the area.
The baristas were super friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic.
The coffee was also fantastic.
Just...fantastic.
